The post in which I prove my point

Although I generally hate to bring it up, Luke is almost 1.

Which means, some people will think that he can be forward facing in his carseat in just a few weeks. I’m here to tell you, that is not the case.

If you know anything about me, you know that I am a big huge (some would even say ginormous) spaz when it comes to carseat safety. Keeping kids safe is my job, so you’ll just have to deal with it. Rather than give safety literature to everyone who would possibly want to drive with Luke in the car, I figured I’d just do it here. It’s a pretty short list of people and I’m pretty sure all of them read this blog. So, here it goes….

We are keeping him rear facing as long as humanly possible.

Until the upper weight limit on his carseat, which happens to be 35 pounds.

Wanna know why? Just click here to read up on the topic.

Consider yourself warned. Even though I will probably go over it again if you are going to be putting him in your car. You’re just going to have to forgive me, I really can’t help it. 🙂

Darn, I really thought maybe the click “here” link was going to be a screaming baby sound … you know.
